Gary T. was a founding member of the Musically Diverse Kold Krushin' 3. 1985-1988 This Rappin Trio was responsible for winning Rap contest throughout The Ohio Valley. The group toured army bases, college campuses and were always willing to perform for children's benefits and raise funds for the hungry and homeless. Since those years of early developement Gary T. continues in this vein writing and recording advertising jingles.

In 1983 Gary T. began his music career in the "Derby City" Louisville, Kentucky. In a collaboration with friends to enter a WLOU radio Rap Contest,The Alpha Garden Rappers won third place honors in this contest. This event was the first professional competetition that showcased Louisville's underground hip hop groups and provided a platform for many artist to start performing on a semi-professional level. Having the natural ability to create catchy jingles, Gary T. started writing, producing and recording radio advertising campaigns for liquor stores, clothing distributors and many retail outlets in Louisville. Local public schools sought Gary T.'s productions for their "Stay in School & Say No To Drugs" Campaigns.
